HelloFresh Made Rachel Green’s Thanksgiving Trifle Better
Here’s how you can order a kit of the iconic TV dish – with a few tweaks – for the ultimate Friendsgiving dish.

Every family and friend circle has its weird or wonderful holiday traditions, from delicious dishes passed down through generations to random rituals repeated yearly for no reason other than it’s what is expected and part of what makes the holiday special.
Some of our special holiday traditions come from something silly or fun we saw on television and just couldn’t possibly ever forget. HelloFresh is celebrating the most classic of classic television Thanksgiving episodes and honoring the thirtieth anniversary of the series Friends while they are at it. Just in time for the Thanksgiving season, they will be offering Rachel Green’s Trifle meal kit, an infamous dish made famous by a fan-favorite Thanksgiving episode of the hit series.
The very limited-edition meal kit will include all the ingredients necessary to make Rachel’s infamous Shepherd’s pie-meets-English Trifle recipe at home, just in time for your own family’s holiday festivities.
To avoid confusion – or at least Rachel’s confusion – those who receive this special kit will actually get step-by-step recipe cards to create two distinct recipes – a Shepherd’s Pie and a Classic English Trifle – as well as fun swag that includes a trifle dish and a Friends-themed apron. Because Rachel’s Trifle is really two dishes in one, the trifle dish will include a center divider so that while she chose to mix her concepts, you can serve them side-by-side instead. But feel free to go wild and eat it all together, the “authentic” way.

This sounds like it may just be the best way to spend this year’s Friendsgiving, or at least give a really fun story for future ones.
