Here’s how to score free cups of coffee and more on Tuesday, September 29.
Attention, caffeine fiends. National Coffee Day 2026 is coming up on Tuesday, September 29. And if you don’t have that date circled in thick, bold red on your calendar, you should probably get on that.
Because this year, as in years past, a host of coffee chains and purveyors of all sorts are offering plenty of eye-opening deals and freebies to help you celebrate coffee’s big day.
Here are 42 deals to help your cup runneth over.
7 Brew: On Sept. 29, in celebration of National Coffee Day, 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee is giving away state license plate stickers, while supplies last.
7-Eleven: On National Coffee Day, 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards loyalty members can snag a large coffee (including fall flavors like the Pumpkin Cappuccino, Pumpkin Brulee Iced Cold Brew Latte and Hanks Pumpkin Brulee Coffee) at the convenience chain for just $1.49. To go with their coffee, customers can also grab 7-Select Mini Donuts (in Chocolate, Cinnamon Sugar, Crunch or Powdered Sugar) for just $1.
AeroPress: From Sept. 28 through Oct. 1, in honor of National Coffee Day, you can get $20 off the following popular models of the cult-fave brewing system on Amazon and at Williams Sonoma: AeroPress Premium, Manual Grinder and AeroPress Steel.
Atlas Coffee Club: This year for National Coffee Day, Atlas Coffee Club is offering a bag of coffee for just $5. Now through Oct. 5, you can get your first 12-ounce bag of premium, single-origin coffee for just $5 (plus shipping).
Beach City Coffee: Woman-owned, specialty-grade coffee brand Beach City Coffee is offering 25% off sitewide in honor of National Coffee Day and Fair Trade Month. The offer runs from Sept. 29 to Oct. 6 and includes all four of the brand’s Fair Trade Organic blends, as well as its ocean-supporting Cold Brew for the Coast.
Beekeeper Coffee: For National Coffee Day, ready-to-drink cold brew coffee brand Beekeeper Coffee is offering a limited-time promotional offer of one free can of cold brew on Sept. 29. From 12:00 a.m. PT on Tuesday, Sept. 29 through 11:59 p.m. PT on Wednesday, Sept. 30, you can purchase an eligible Beekeeper Coffee can from the retailer of your choice, submit a photo of your receipt through Aisle and receive reimbursement via Venmo or PayPal. Biggby Coffee: On National Coffee Day, Sept. 29, Biggby customers can choose between two special deals: a 16-ounce hot or iced brewed coffee for 99 cents or a 16-ounce hot or iced Mocha Latte for $1.99.
Brooklyn Water Bagel: On National Coffee Day, registered Brooklyn Water Bagel members can get one free 16-ounce hot coffee or one free 24-ounce Cubsta. No purchase is necessary. The offer will be automatically loaded into existing rewards members’ accounts (you can’t sign up and claim the offer that same day) and can be redeemed in-store at participating locations or through the Brooklyn Water Bagel app on Sept. 29 only.
Cafe Aroma: The Cuban-style espresso brand is offering 20% off its newest launch, Especial, with the code COFFEEDAY on Sept. 29. Cafe Aroma will also offer $1 espressos and fun free samples all day on National Coffee Day at both its Boca Raton, Florida, cafe and its new location in New York City.
Caribou Coffee: On Sept. 29, Caribou Coffee customers (Caribou Perks members and non-members alike) can get a free medium hot coffee or cold brew with the purchase of any beverage at participating locations nationwide.
Circle K: Circle K is marking National Coffee Day on Tuesday, September 29 by offering its Inner Circle Rewards members a free medium hot or iced coffee at any of the 7,000 Circle K locations. The deal is redeemable through the Circle K app.

Coffee Boss Brew: For National Coffee Day, the coffee brand is offering customers 15% off all Coffee Boss Brew products with the code BOSS15.
Coffee Project New York: This one’s for New Yorkers: Coffee Project NY — an independent coffee retailer, roaster and education center with locations across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens — will celebrate National Coffee Day on Sept. 29, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. ET with complementary drip coffee and cold brew at all eight of its cafés.
DoorDash: On Sept. 29, you can get a free medium hot or iced coffee from participating Dunkin’ locations when you spend $15 (excluding fees and taxes) on DoorDash, while supplies last. You can also get a buy one, get one free offer at participating Scooter's Coffee locations on any medium Caramelicious drink when you redeem the offer through DoorDash.
DQ: In celebration of both the launch of DQ’s new Coffee Coolers and National Coffee Day, the chain is offering customers a small DQ Coffee Cooler for the discounted rate of $3 at participating U.S. locations, now through November 1. DQ Coffee Coolers come in three flavors: Oreo, Salted Caramel and Toasted Marshmallow.

Dunn Brothers Coffee: The Minneapolis-based coffee company is offering a free small, brewed coffee or cold brew on Sept. 29. “The offer is available to all visitors at every U.S. location who download the Dunn Brothers app or simply ask for the offer at the counter,” the brand says.
Eataly: New York City’s Eataly Caffès are marking National Coffee Day with a special one-day offer on Sept. 29. Customers who purchase any food item from the counter will receive a complimentary Crema Caffè, while supplies last. “The Crema Caffè offers a taste of Italian coffee culture and will be available exclusively at participating Eataly Caffès in New York City for the holiday,” the brand says.
Gregorys Coffee: In celebration of National Coffee Day on Sept. 29, any Gregorys Rewards member who makes a purchase will earn enough rewards points (400 Gs) to redeem for a free drip coffee on their next visit (or to save toward a different reward).
Honey Dew: The New England doughnut chain is offering customers a $2 medium hot or iced coffee with any purchase on Tuesday, Sept. 29 at all locations. The National Coffee Day deal is available exclusively through the Honey Dew app.
Huddle House: Huddle House is offering a free cup of coffee with any purchase at participating locations on National Coffee Day, Sept. 29.
illy: The Italian coffee company illycaffè is celebrating both National Coffee Day (Sept. 29) and International Coffee Day (Oct. 1) by offering a three-day event at Hudson Yards in New York City. “Through a dedicated online platform, visitors can reserve a complimentary ‘A Cup of Love’ session and invite someone to join them for a first date, a long-overdue catchup, a family reunion, a thank-you coffee, or simply a chance to reconnect with a friend,” the brand says. “Each reservation includes a coffee pairing from a rotating lineup of local pastry partners and a seat in one of two dedicated lounge areas designed for conversation.” Reservations are available Sept. 29 through Oct. 1, 11 a.m. through 7 p.m., in 30-minute increments, with four reservation slots offered every half hour. Jamba: To celebrate National Coffee Day on Sept. 29, Jamba is offering a one-day deal: $3 Small Cloud Whip Topped Blended Coffees are available all day. The offer is valid in-store only.
Jeff's Bagel Run: For National Coffee Day, customers who visit any Jeff's Bagel Run location on Sept. 29 can get a free hot or iced coffee, no purchase necessary. Customers can also get $3 off an espresso drink, including fall options like Maple Spice Latte and Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam Cold Brew.
Jolene Coffee: Cold brew brand Jolene Coffee (The Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Anthony Kiedis is a co-founder) is offering 15% off on all coffee products on Sept. 29 to celebrate National Coffee Day.
Keurig: Now through Sept. 29, the single-serve coffee-maker brand is offering deals on specific brewers and accessories for National Coffee Day: You can get the K-Supreme Plus Special Edition for $119.99 (regularly $219.99), the K-Duo in Moonlight Gray for $139.99 (regularly $219.99) and the SimpleCafé Frother (sea salt blue and warm stone) for $19.99 (regularly $29.99). Also, on Sept. 29 and 30, select K-Cup Pods will be $12 per 20- to 24-count box sitewide on keurig.com, with a few exclusions, down from the usual range of $19 to $22.
Krispy Kreme: To celebrate National Coffee Day, Krispy Kreme is offering, for a limited time, a new coffee-flavored version of its Original Glazed Doughnut. Available only from Saturday, Sept. 26 through Tuesday, Sept. 29, the Original Glazed Coffee Flavored Doughnut “blends Krispy Kreme’s iconic glaze with smooth, creamy coffee flavor,” the brand says. For all four days of availability, you can a dozen of the coffee-flavored doughnuts for $5 with the purchase of any dozen at participating shops. And on National Coffee Day itself, you can also snag a free small or medium hot or iced coffee with any purchase.
la Madeleine: On Sept. 29, to mark National Coffee Day, the French-inspired bakery and café will give the first 50 customers at each participating location who purchase any coffee in-store a free mini coffee cup keychain inspired by la Madeleine’s new blue coffee cups, while supplies last.
Lavazza: Lavazza USA is having a Coffee Day Sale tied to National Coffee Day: You can enjoy 20% off coffee with the code CAFE20. (Exclusions apply, details here.) Plus, when you place an order of $150 or more, you'll get a free Dolcevita Mug, while supplies last.
Lavender Coffee Boutique: In celebration of National Coffee Day, Denver-based women-owned specialty roaster Lavender Coffee Boutique is offering 30% off online orders from Sept. 25 through Sept. 30. And on the holiday itself, Sept. 29, customers can get $5 off any bag of coffee purchased in-store and enjoy a “luxury coffee tasting” at the chain’s Denver cafes.
Original ChopShop: On Sept. 29, for National Coffee Day, Original ChopShop is offering a 16-ounce vanilla iced latte or golden iced latte for the discounted price of $4.75.
Paris Baguette: Paris Baguette is celebrating National Coffee Day by offering a free medium hot or iced coffee with any purchase to PB Rewards members on Sept. 29.
Peet's Coffee: For one day only, on Sept. 29, Peet’s is offering medium-size coffees at their original 1966 founding-year price: 25 cents. It’s also offering 25% off on Peets.com. Additionally, Peet’s has timed the return of its popular Cold Brew Pass for National Coffee Day. The Cold Brew Pass gives Peetniks Rewards members one medium Cold Brew every day for 30 consecutive days, for just $30. Available for purchase now through September 30, this year’s pass also includes 2X bonus Peetnik Rewards points on any order with a warm food or pastry item.
Perkins Restaurant & Bakery: Perkins is offering free coffee with any purchase at participating locations for National Coffee Day on Sept. 29.
Pinkbox Doughnuts: This Las Vegas-based doughnut chain will celebrate National Coffee Day on Tuesday, Sept. 29 by offering a free premium drip coffee to new and existing members of its Pinkbox Perks loyalty program, as well as 50% off its specialty coffee drinks including lattes, cappuccinos, mochas and nitro cold brew. Scooter’s Coffee: Scooter’s Coffee is celebrating National Coffee Day with two offers: From Sunday, Sept. 27 through Tuesday, Sept. 29, you can enjoy a free medium brewed coffee at any Scooter’s Coffee location nationwide when you order it through the Scooter’s Coffee mobile app. (No additional purchase is necessary.) Tim Hortons: The Canada-born coffee chain is celebrating National Coffee Day by offering Tims Rewards Members a free hot or iced coffee of any size (small, medium, large or extra-large) at participating U.S. locations on Sept. 29.
