Starbucks Just Announced Its 2026 Holiday Menu and Merch
Get ready for decadent tiramisu and festive, fruity apple.
It’s the holiday season — and no, I’m not being cute and including Halloween as part of the capital-H “Holidays.” Stores are already putting out wrapping paper and twinkle lights, and Starbucks is similarly getting in on winter festivities early by releasing a sneak peek of this year’s Holiday Menu — and that includes two new drinks inspired by coffee-infused desserts and tart, traditional winter fruits.
What's new on Starbucks' 2026 Holiday Menu?
In 2026, Starbucks will release (at least) two new Holiday Menu drinks. The first is the Tiramisu Velvet Latte. Available hot or iced, both versions are topped with a layer of extra-smooth mascarpone cold foam and dusted with of a combination of coffee and cocoa powders. Additionally, a Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew will feature the same mascarpone cold foam and coffee-cocoa topping.
Meanwhile, the coffee-free Apple Pomegranate Refresher “features crisp apple flavors and popping pomegranate-flavored pearls.” If you’re thinking that sounds a bit like a fall drink, one look at its red-and-green color scheme and you’ll see the Christmas connection. But if you want things extra wintry, Starbucks says that “for a creamier twist, customers can also enjoy the Snowy Apple version, made with coconut milk.”
In the bakery case, expect to find everyone’s favorite Bearista character in the form of a cake pop with an adorable winter hat. On the savory side, it will be joined by “the new Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and the Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich, featuring a new recipe.”
Which holiday drinks and food items are returning to Starbucks in 2026?
Starbucks fans will be able to indulge in some now-classic returning flavors this holiday season, too, including the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte and Gingerbread Chai. As for food items, expect to see the return of the fan-favorite Cranberry Bliss Bar, plus the Snowman Cookie and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.
What new holiday merch is Starbucks releasing in 2026?
While Starbucks hasn’t yet announced the return date of its annual Red Cup Day (but says it will be back), it's launching a few holiday-themed merch collections this upcoming season:
A new Bearista collection will feature the character as a plush keychain and a pattern on drinkware (plus a teased return of the viral glass cold cup).
The Holiday Village collection will focus on the original Pike Place Starbucks location with a mug, ornament, snow globe and more modeled after that first store.
The Winter Wonderland collection will include drinkware in icy whites and blues with sparkling details.
And finally, the Peppermint Mocha collection will feature striped peppermint-inspired items and a glass christmas tree-shaped cold cup.
When can you order from the Starbucks 2026 Holiday Menu?
All of the menu items mentioned above, plus the holiday merchandise, will be available at Starbucks locations nationwide beginning November 5, 2026. The return of the Bearista Cold Cup and Red Cup Day have yet to be announced.
