Somewhere between a sangria and a spritz, this rose based cocktail is light, fresh and fruity. It's the perfect drink for a warm summer day — or just when you wish it was.

  1. Combine the rosé, vodka, elderflower liqueur, strawberries and watermelon in a 64-ounce jar. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
  2. To serve, pour into glasses filled with ice and top with cold seltzer.
