Garlic Croutons

6 ounces olive oil

4 cloves garlic, smashed

4 slices crusty bread

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 ounce Parmesan cheese, grated

1 ounce parsley, chopped


  1. In a skillet heat oil and garlic. Saute bread in oil until browned on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Cut into bite-sized cubes.
