Ginger Black Sesame Beans

2 cups green beans

1/4 ginger, chopped

2 tsp. black sesame seeds


1 tsp. tamari

1 tsp. umeboshi plum vinegar or rice vinegar

1 tsp. toasted sesame oil

1 tsp. flax oil


  1. Blanch the beans in salted water for five minutes until they're bright green. Toss in sesame seeds, ginger and dressing and serve.
