Red and Green Cole Slaw

1/2 head red cabbage

1/2 head green cabbage

2 tablespoons sugar

1 lemon, juiced

Pinch salt


  1. Shred both cabbages very fine. Toss together. Add sugar, lemon juice, and salt and toss again. Refrigerate or use immediately.
