This is a twist on my mom’s favorite cocktail, a G&T. I’m using a special gin that changes color with the addition of grapefruit juice. It’s beautiful, and Mom’s favorite color: purple!

- Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the gin and grapefruit juice. Top with tonic water and stir to combine. Garnish with edible flowers, if using.
