Just when Jeffrey thought his birthday surprise was a romantic walk along the beach, Ina has other plans – a surprise beach BBQ for him with his closest friends. On the birthday menu, a Grilled Butterflied Chicken cooked at the beach served with delicious sides – Broccoli with Balsamic Dressing and Tomato Kebobs and instead of a birthday cake, an elegant Mixed Berry Pavlova.
It's back to basics on grilling. Ina's experimenting with new and inventive ways to use the grill, going way beyond hotdogs and hamburgers. First Fettunta, melted mozzarella and prosciutto on grilled bread baked in the grill. Then grilled Chicken gets taken to a whole new level with a delicious Tuscan Lemon marinade. And even salad gets the grilled treatment -- Panzanella like you've never tasted before.
This trip, Guy Fieri's cruisin' from east to west for a taste of Asian and Americana. In Washington D.C., a funky underground joint serving knockout dumplings and the bomb ramen. In Ocean City, New Jersey, a pizza parlor firin' up cheeseburger and chicken vodka pies. And in Colorado Springs, a comfort food cafe going big with their Rocky Mountain roast beef and king-sized cinnamon rolls.

Eight chefs begin a grueling test to win chef and restaurateur Geoffrey Zakarian's support in opening their own restaurant. First, Geoffrey gets to know each chef through their food, asking them to make one bite that best represents their restaurant concept. One competitor is sent home based on their bite. Then Geoffrey tests the chefs' cooking ability by asking them to make a roast chicken and side dish in the style of their restaurant. The challenge is harder than it seems, and the chef who is bested by a basic chicken is eliminated.
Just because you're on a budget doesn't mean you can't create a fantastic winter meal good enough for company. Ina is creating a menu for a student-entertaining blog site featuring Chicken With Goat Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato, Tagliatelle With Truffle Butter, Roasted Parsnips and Carrots, Red Berry Trifle, Plain Pound Cake and Cognac Cream. This is back to basics on dazzling entertaining on a shoe string.
We're losing all control and giving in to ultimate food cravings. Geoffrey Zakarian starts things off like never before with the most juicy and succulent roast chicken from New York City. Jonathon Sawyer takes it to the next level with a cheesy, crunchy, gravy-drenched delight known as poutine. And nothing can compare to the excitement in Duff Goldman's eyes when he's back in Baltimore slinging back some single-fry oysters.
