Around the World

Trisha Yearwood often showcases her flair for cooking international dishes, such as when she explained Nashville's connection to ancient Athens and then made Mediterranean Stuffed Collard Greens, her version of Greek stuffed grape leaves with a Southern twist. She also takes on the famous French Beef Bourguignon from Julia Child and creates her own Mexican-themed dishes like Deconstructed Tamales: Trisha's Cheese Grit Cake with Tamale-Style Pulled Pork. Finally, Trisha's husband, Garth Brooks, joins her to help make their memorable first date meal, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo.

Spring has sprung in Nashville, so Trisha Yearwood heads to Amelia's Flower Truck to buy fresh flowers to celebrate the season. Then she heads home to prepare a spring feast for her friends that features some of the fresh produce available in the South at this time of year. They sit down to a lovely outdoor meal that includes Farro with Vidalia Onion and Asparagus, Spring Veggies with Sweet Pea Aioli, Roasted Lemon Chicken with Spring Onion Chimichurri and, for dessert, Strawberry Rhubarb Crostata.
