Bobby’s getting a lesson in everyday Peruvian food. After a crash course in the country’s cuisine at Williamburg’s Chimu, Bobby heads into the kitchen with special guest chef Santos Loo. Santos will teach Bobby some of the hottest Peruvian recipes, like delightful Purple Corn Sangria, crispy Fried Yucca with Huancaina Sauce, tangy Fish Ceviche and smoky "Grilled" Lomo Saltado.
