And the two cooking couples who make it to the dessert round must come up with some fresh ideas for creme fraiche and port wine.

Trisha's good friend, Donna, and her daughter, Erin, join Trisha in the kitchen for a fun day of preparation for Erin's bridal shower. Trisha makes Jerry's Sugared Pecans to feed the cooks while she and Donna prepare the meal. On the menu, Chicken Poppy Seed Salad served as mini sandwiches and Lizzie's Strawberry Cupcakes. Trisha's home becomes the setting for the Bridal Shower. With a pop-in from the groom, Trisha presents the couple with a special song, one of her biggest hits -- personalized just for them.

With the Chairman looking on and host Alton Brown (Iron Chef America) commentating from the side, the two finalists compete in a head-to-head battle. Using everything they have learned, they must take the secret ingredient and create a five course meal that reflects the melting pot that is the American culinary experience. One of the chefs will then be selected as the winner and become the new Iron Chef!
