Ingredients

1 large ripe avocado, cut into chunks

1/3 cup coconut milk

2 ounces 70 percent dark chocolate, melted

Pinch kosher salt

No-calorie sweetener, optional

Directions

  1. Combine the avocado, coconut milk, chocolate and salt in a food processor and pulse until completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness with a no-calorie sweetener, if using. Divide between 2 small bowls. Eat right away or wrap and refrigerate up to 2 days.
