To reverse dry shake the cocktail (for optimal froth), add the pisco, pumpkin puree, Cinnamon-Nutmeg Syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain out the ice, add the egg white and dry shake to create a nice egg white froth. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Cinnamon-Nutmeg Syrup:
Combine the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and 2 cups water in a pot and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and let cool completely.
