1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar 

1 teaspoon miso paste 

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper


  1. Combine the oil, vinegar and miso in a small mixing bowl using a whisk. Season with salt and pepper.
