Glossy Chocolate Sauce

3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped

7 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped

3 ounces corn syrup

1/2 cup hot water


  1. Combine chocolate, place over double boiler, stir until melted. Whisk in syrup and water, incorporating well. Serve warm.
