This punch can be made using any brand of rum as long as you have one bottle light and one bottle of dark. The juices can be used from cartons/ in concentrated form.
Boil the sugar and orange peel together for 1/2 hour then allow to cool. Meanwhile, put all the other ingredients into a punch bowl. Add the sugar mixture and stir it all together, Garnish with chunks of pineapple, mango and orange and sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg before serving.;
