  1. Grate cheeses by hand or by using the grating disc of your food processor, then put into the bowl of a stand mixer.
  2. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, red pepper, sriracha, sambal, sugar, smoked pepper, salt and parsley to the bowl. Beat with the paddle attachment until cream cheese is fully incorporated and texture is uniform.
