Hosts Jet Tila and Rosanna Pansino set the stage for four top cookie makers to create the perfect Halloween scene as they emerge from the shadows with spooky silhouette cookies. Then, the cookiers must craft 3D spherical cookies depicting the most-notable Halloween icon of all time: the jack-o'-lantern! To help the competitors light up the night, they'll use orange-colored ingredients like dried mangos, sweet potatoes or curry powder. One lucky cookie carver will go home with the $10,000 prize and the title of Halloween Cookie Champion.

Guy Fieri celebrates the warmer weather with a whole grilled fish: He soaks striped bass in a citrus-cilantro marinade, then grills it until perfectly flaky and tender with plenty of lemon. Delicious just like that, Guy likes to serve the fish with homemade flour tortillas and crunchy Savoy Jicama Slaw, bright with shredded radicchio and tangy with Citrus Cumin Dressing. A frosty glass of Tequila Mai Tai Oh My, full of tropical flavors like guava, pineapple and Mango, is the perfect drink for this summery menu.

As an Italian-American from Chicago, Jeff's heart pumps red sauce. Good thing Italians are also known for their spectacular sandwiches. Jeff's friend Paula from Danny's Cafe makes his all-time favorite Italian-style sandwich: The fried meatball hero. So the Sandwich King soaks in some inspiration before heading home to have a whack at this special sandwich himself. When he's done with that, it's on to another slice of Italy: a cheesy eggplant parmesan hero. A simple chopped salad rounds things off. Buon appetito!
There's nothing quite like a flaky, golden, fried fish sandwich, so Jeff makes a trip to Madison, Wis., to get the goods from Chef Tami Lax at the Old Fashioned. Her biggest fans are known to wait up to two hours for a chance to taste her fried Walleye sandwich, so Jeff wastes no time in getting a few of Tami's secrets. Then he heads back home to try his hand at frying up his own fish sandwich with homemade tartar sauce, and continues the tradition by whipping up his take on a couple other dishes you'll often find at an old time Wisconsin Fish Fry, by first working that staple side, mac and cheese, into a sandwich with bacon. He finishes up with a simple and elegant Three Bean Salad.
