Beef it Up

Making a boneless beef roast at the beginning of the week is a terrific time saver, and is the foundation for healthy, easy meals all week. The flavor continues with Chicken Fried Veal in tangy Jalapeno Sauce, followed by a sweet treat, Caramelized Pears drizzled in fudge sauce.
