Georgia Peach Lamb Slam

In Savannah, Ga., Tyler Florence brings together five of the city's best chefs to compete in a modern diner. In the first round, they have to pair local staples like peaches with any other ingredients they can find in the restaurant's kitchen. In the final round, the remaining chefs encounter rack of lamb for the first time, and they must make use of the traditional diner flattop to cook the meat perfectly and create the best dish possible to become Bite Club Champ.

The better bake wins immunity for their whole team, and judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Carla Hall send one baker from the losing team home.

In the entree round, the chefs make some very original choices with chai tea powder, and a judge makes a very surprising discovery on one of the plates. When both finalists take similar approaches to the dessert course, whose dish will the judges prefer?

Flower Power

In the Appetizer Round flower power rules as the contestants find ways to incorporate zucchini blossoms into their first dishes, and more than one of the chefs must explain major failures with the mystery ingredients. Then, watching from the sidelines in the Entrée Round, the judges are upset by how one chef disrespects the kitchen and an unusual ingredient, burdock root. And in the Dessert Round, the judges are intrigued to see fresh chickpeas in the mystery basket, while the chefs are inspired by family.

And popcorn balls and gummy fish are paired up in a sweet dessert round.
