Making it is so simple. Use a pie pan or ovensafe dish to bake a wheel of your favorite brie cheese at 350 degrees F for 5 to 7 minutes. No longer than that, or you'll have a mess on your hands. While that's in the oven, heat about a cup of your favorite cranberry sauce in a small saucepan or even in the microwave. Give it a stir and when the cheese is warm, top it with the warm cranberry sauce. The tartness of the cranberries is the perfect complement to the rich creaminess of the cheese. Serve with plenty of crusty bread and crackers.
