Virginia Willis

Virginia Willis is the author of five cookbooks, including Lighten Up, Y’all, and the recipient of a 2016 James Beard Foundation Book Award. A popular Southern chef, she's gained fans who love her knack for giving classic French cooking a down-home feel and reimagining Southern recipes en Français. Her upcoming PBS TV series and companion book, Secrets of the Southern Table: A Food Lover’s Tour of the Global South, are due out in 2018.
