F. Binta "Bee" Diallo is a New York-based chef. Born in Guinea, West Africa and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Chef Binta is a self-taught culinary artist and an educator by trade. Chef Binta specializes in bridging the flavors and traditions of West African and Caribbean cooking with American favorites. Inspired by the positive effects of sharing great food with great people, she and her husband founded the dining experience company, “withBee,” to expand worlds and share the joy of #happyeating. “withBee” has served thousands via weddings, dinner parties, festivals. Chef Binta also created the “Dinner Discussions withBee” podcast and “withBee:the series” to inspire the food journey of others.
