Creamy Garlic-Buttermilk Dressing

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1 clove garlic, peeled and finely minced

2 tablespoons finely minced scallions

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Mix all ingredients by shaking in 1-quart jar with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Shake well before dressing. Good on salad greens, seafood salad or boiled potatoes.
