Smoked Salmon Tartine

4 slices white bread, crusts removed

2 tablespoons/20 g butter

2 ounces/75 g smoked salmon, thinly sliced

Lemon, thinly sliced, for garnish


  1. Cut the slices of bread into triangular shapes, or use a Christmas ornament mold and cut out the shape. Add butter to the bread and cut the salmon into triangular shapes and place over the buttered bread. Add the lemon on the tip of the triangular shape for decoration.
