Aaron May makes a Dark and Stormy with Candied Chicken Hearts and Lamb Kidney Tortillas with Oregano Aioli. Jet Tila offers up some Offal Fried Rice and fires up the grill for Chicken Heart Yakitori. Chris Cosentino gets gardening with Thyme Roasted Carrots and Rabbit Bits before stunning his chef friends with a Chocolate Blood Cremeux served with his own Chichachurros.
The recruits find boot camp transformed into a Mad Hatter-style tea party, and chefs Anne Burrell and Cliff Crooks send them down the rabbit hole to discover the magical wonderland of desserts and pastry. To learn about the different types of sweet treats and ingredients, the recruits go on a scavenger hunt that involves solving riddles and completing tasks. They learn how to make fruit tarts, and things get saucy for the main dish challenge when the chefs ask the recruits to make gnocchi and a hearty sauce. Unfortunately, it's "Arrivederci!" for the recruit with the least successful dish.

Chef Christian Petroni mixes up a remarkable Malted Espresso Martini with Port Zabaglione before luring us in with a Licorice Braised Rabbit with Chiles, Rosemary and Soft Gorgonzola Polenta. Chef Tiffani Faison teases our palates with Brown Butter Toast Ramen with Poached Egg and Chili Crisp before finishing off with some Fish Sauce Caramel with Ice Cream. Chef Eric Greenspan brings us Breast of Squab on Toast with Cherries, Coffee and Olives and takes a victory lap with a Vanilla Butter Poached Lobster with Saffron Fregola and Fennel.
