First, an old-school deli institution in Chicago is busy as ever, fillin' up food trays with killer corned beef hash and mouthwatering meatloaf. A Cincinnati street taco joint has expanded big time, with new menu faves like craveable carnitas taquitos and sizzlin' stuffed poblanos. Plus, a Cajun smokehouse in New Orleans has really taken off, mixin' it up with the-bomb boudin grilled cheese and an over-the-top chopped chicken sandwich.

Mexican Fiesta

We honor our friends South of the Border with hearty, easy, spicy food that’s twice as nice: it’s easy to make ahead and makes great leftovers tomorrow! Ole! Gameplan Day Before Party: Mix, assemble, and refrigerate Felicitas’ Salsa. Combine sliced meat with spices and olive oil and place in refrigerator overnight to marinade for Carne Asada Tacos. Brown chilis and meat for Felicitas’ Posole. Combine water, posole, chilies and spices for Felicitas’ Posole, and simmer. Add browned meat to the posole, simmer 2 hours then refrigerate. Mix, assemble and puree Mango Margarita mix. 1/2 Hour Before Party: Grate lemon zest and mix mint salt for Mango Margaritas. Prepare all garnishes and salsa in bowls for serving at party. Prepare tortillas. Grill meat for Carne Asada Tacos. Mix Margaritas and chill in pitcher. At Party Garnish glasses with mint salt and zest, pour Margaritas. Eat and Enjoy!

First, a Japanese joint just north of Atlanta has expanded to a second location and is still puttin' out killer culinary like their real deal duck ramen and rockin' ribs. Then, a husband-and-wife team in Indianapolis is continuing to crank out top-notch tamales, dynamite chipotle chicken nachos and perfect pork tacos, while in St. Louis, Italian meets Greek in a brothers-run tavern still serving up over-the-top eats like the bomb braised beef roulade in a mighty marinara.

This trip, Guy Fieri's catchin' up with some top Italian, mega Mexican and verifiable vegan eateries! A mom-and-pop taco spot in Phoenix isn't slowing down anytime soon, now at multiple locations and still serving a taste of Chihuahua with lights-out lengua and beefed-up gorditas. Then, in Boston, real-deal Italian is going strong, plating craveable faves like a marinated steak tip sandwich and next-level eggplant parm. Plus, a not-your-typical butcher is bringing even more "meatless" to the Minneapolis masses, puttin' their plant-based stamp on a huli-huli rib panini and the-bomb bacon brat.

Stanislaus County Fair/Texas Crab Fest

He gets his paws into homemade fries topped with lobster claws and tail meat, and devours a delicious donut ice cream sandwich. Emeril visits the Eden Roc Hotel, where he and Chef Paula DaSilva try some of the restaurant favorites, and then the two whip up a clam dish together. Afterwards, Emeril heads to "Ortanique on the Mile" in Coral Gables, where he and Chef Cindy Hutson try and eat some of her favorites, including crispy breadfish tacos with a twist. He then travels to the Epic Hotel and eats some of "Area 31's" finest Mediterranean-inspired seafood dishes with Chef Michael Reidt. Emeril visits Vizcaya and the Miami Seaquarium, and then shows a glimpse of the nightlife in Miami.

Not So Big Easy Fridges

Host Dan Ahdoot kicks off the raid by asking four chefs to make appetizers using the ingredients found in the fridges of four very different people, including a college kid and a bougie foodie. In round two, the three remaining chefs attempt romantic date night dinners, choosing from three fridges containing leftovers from a bachelor party, Mardi Gras and a slumber party. In the final round, it's taco night, as the two remaining chefs go head-to-head making dishes from mystery fridges with very unique complications. Judges Jamika Pessoa and Jordan Andino determine the winner who takes home a fridge full of $10,000.

Finally, it's all aboard Puckett's Trolley in Nashville for some Southern-style comfort food. Serving Shrimp and Grits Hush Puppies, Brisket Chimichanga and Catfish Tacos, this is definitely one streetcar named desire.
