She makes The Big Winooski Fudge Cookies and a decadent Surprise-Interior Cake with Dartmouth "D" and tops it all off with a rich, chocolatey Hot Cocoa.
Melissa d'Arabian makes a pot of Mussels in Wine, with her special white wine-fennel broth she lightly infuses with orange zest. A piece of French bread for dipping completes this satisfying entree. For dessert, Melissa's Berry Pavlovas feature crisp meringue nests filled with whipped cream, ripe strawberries and a drizzle of apricot jam. This classic -- and classy! -- meal is simple, affordable and utterly delicious.
