For true Mountain Dew aficionados (yours truly included), seeking out special products and releases are a mark of your fandom. Though this latest item isn't edible, it sure is a novelty.
The brand is celebrating its 78th anniversary this year, and it has marked numerous promotions and limited releases in order to celebrate the occasion, including specially designed cans (which only cost 5 cents!), giveaways, a rebrand, collaborations with other companies and more.
What is the latest Mountain Dew product?
If you've ever had a hankering to enjoy the effervescent pop and citrusy wonder of Mountain Dew as a cosmetic or even hygienic product, then you're in luck! We're not talking soap or shampoo, though: we're talking hand sanitizer, so it can ostensibly be on your person all time. Win, win!
Yes, you read that correctly.
Where will the Mountain Dew hand sanitizer be sold?
Now available at Walmart, the new hand sanitizer smells like the cult classic Baja Blast. However, Mountain Dew isn't the only food or beverage-based based scent on the docket. The full hand sanitizer collection includes everything from Jolly Ranchers and Sour Patch Kids to Pepsi, Kool-Aid, ICEE and more. The scents come in 1.2-ounce bottles.
Celebrate Mountain Dew's 78th with this hand sanitizer and rest assured that your hands will have that familiar citrus aroma, all day long.
