With a rotating lineup of hosts from The Kitchen and special surprise guests, each episode focuses on a new theme and dives deep into food trends, kitchen hacks, cooking shortcuts and more. From cupcake techniques to culinary timesavers, it's everything food-obsessed AND the kitchen sink.
Spike was born in Montreal, Canada, and trained at the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked with Gerard Boyer at Les Crayeres, Thomas Keller at Bouchon, The Maccioni Family at Le Cirque and was chef de cuisine at Mai House Restaurant in New York City.
