And while you might already have a standard whisk at home, we can attest that a Danish dough whisk is the secret to perfectly mixed dough of any kind.
When I tried baking bread in the air fryer, I found the Danish dough whisk was a solution to the stand mixer my kitchen lacked. A Danish dough whisk consists of three differently-sized coils stacked around each other designed to cut through dough without over-mixing or getting stuck, making it an effective option for various types of baking projects. (Try using a balloon whisk to mix any kind of bread dough, and you're in for a mess.) The round edges easily scrape the sides of the bowl ensuring all the flour is fully incorporated — and important step when baking.
As I mixed the dough for my air fryer bread, I found the soft handle of the OXO whisk was comfortable to hold, although it doesn't completely alleviate arm or hand fatigue that comes with mixing for minutes at a time.
