James Briscione is a two-time Chopped champion and was named one of People Magazine's Sexiest Chefs Alive in 2016. He is the author of four books, including the best-selling cookbook The Flavor Matrix (HMH '18), which he co-authored with his wife, Brooke Parkhurst.
James can be seen on the Food Network digital series Cooking with Dad, Man Crafted and Undercooked.
