There's nothing worse than a dry chip on a plate of nachos. Guy simply won't allow it. "I want every chip to have the goods!" he says, and he solved the problem once and for all when he introduced Trash Can Nachos to the masses at the 2015 South Beach Wine & Food Festival. He showed the crowd how to layer chips, cheese, beans, carne asada and salsa in a small trash can (the only container big enough to hold everything). The following year he put the ingenious appetizer on the opening menu at El Burro Borracho in Las Vegas. Trash Can Nachos are now served at several of Guy's restaurants and have achieved cult status: They have an Instagram hashtag, and Goldbelly will deliver an order to your door. As a tribute to Guy, the chefs in Food Network's test kitchen came up with a new version that includes chorizo and crema. Have at it!

You'll need a large can or small bucket to construct these nachos. Look for one that's about 8 inches wide and 8 to 9 inches tall.
