1/3 cup crushed hard peppermint candy (about 16 round candies)
For Brownie: In medium bowl, stir together brownie mix, water, oil and egg until blended. Spoon into lightly greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake 25 to 28 min. Let brownies cool completely. For Peppermint Topping: Place white chips and vegetable oil in small bowl. Microwave at 50% power for approximately 2 to 3 min., stirring every 30 seconds. Spread melted white chocolate over cooled brownie. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy. Let topping set before cutting.
