Chef Benjamin Hardy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Le Cordon Bleu International Culinary Academy with a degree in Pastry Arts. He has been studying pastries for 20 years; spanning his experience in specialty chocolate shops, hotels, high production facilities for local grocery stores, country clubs, and also an instructor to future pastry chefs. He has also received gold and medaled in a multitude of American Culinary Federation competitions, is a Certified Executive Pastry Chef through the ACF, a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Exam Proctor for the National Resaurant Association, and was most recently inducted into The Disciples of Escoffier, an elite chef's society.
Chef Ben has now decided to further his passion and open his own unique shop in Indianapolis, IN focused on European pastry called The Gallery Pastry Shop and The Gallery Pastry Bar.
