STEP 1: Pre-heat grill on medium (or oven to 425°F). Spread 1/2 cup of sauce on crust. STEP 2: Mix pork in remaining sauce. Add 1 cup of cheese onto crust. Add pork; top with remaining cheese. Add onions if desired. STEP 3: Reduce heat to very low and place pizza on the grill (or in the oven on center rack) for 5-10 minutes. Just long enough to melt the cheese. Remove from grill or oven. Slice and Serve! (Do not place over flames or hot coals. Be careful not to burn the bottom of the crust as it will bake very quickly. Too cool is better than too hot.)
