STEP 1: Pre-heat grill on medium (or oven to 425°F). Lightly brush crust with olive oil. Spread sauce onto crust. STEP 2: Add 1 cup of cheese. Add onion, mushrooms, and pepper. Add remaining cheese. STEP 3: Reduce heat to very low and place pizza on the grill (or in the oven on center rack) for 5-10 minutes. Just long enough to melt the cheese. Remove from grill or oven. Add tomato and olives. Slice and serve! (Do not place over flames or hot coals. Be careful not to burn the bottom of the crust as it will bake very quickly. Too cool is better than too hot.)
