Alex starts with lasagna filled with creamy mozzarella and salty parmesan, then topped with a meaty Bolognese sauce. Alex serves it with the perfect partner -- wilted escarole with a pinch of chili flakes. For dessert, a dark rum pudding sprinkled with roasted almonds.
