Chocolate Avocado Mousse

A rich, creamy and chocolatey indulgent snack with none of the guilt. It's easy to make and requires just a few simple ingredients.

2 large ripe avocados

2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder

1 drop vanilla extract

1 tablespoon honey

Pinch fine salt


  1. Halve and pit the avocados. Scoop out the avocado flesh and place in a food processor. Add the cacao powder and vanilla and blend until smooth. Stir in the honey and salt. Place in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
