1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced, plus more sliced for topping

1/2 orange, peeled and segmented 

1/2 frozen banana, plus more sliced for topping 

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries 

1/4 cup rolled oats, uncooked 

1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk 

2 teaspoons raw honey 

Pepitas, for topping 


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a serving bowl and top with desired toppings.
