Cinnamon Sour Cream

1 cup sour cream (you can use nonfat)

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Working in a small bowl and using a rubber spatula, thoroughly combine the ingredients. Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve. The cream will keep for about 1 week.
