Special equipment: Toothpicks, soaked in water
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Spread the leftover Chinese food evenly over the top of the pizza (not too thick!). Sprinkle a thin layer of cheese on top. Starting with the crust end, roll the pizza so that you have a thick pinwheel. Pin the rolls with toothpicks and place on baking sheet. Bake until crispy, 8 to 10 minutes.
