Ree Drummond is putting fairground food to the test for fair-food lovers Alex and Mauricio. There are crazy Bacon Mac and Cheese Eggrolls, followed by Classic County Fair Turkey Legs served with a Sweet and Spicy BBQ Sauce. Next up, Ree makes Cheese on a Stick and, for something cool and refreshing, a Raspberry Orange Italian Ice.
Tequila
It's tequila all the way as Ree Drummond tests making a whole meal with a bottle of tequila. The appetizer is a great Queso Fundido Con Tequila, and for the main course it's a Shrimp Tortilla Soup with a shot of the good stuff! Even dessert's part of the experiment with Berries with Tequila Cream, and she wraps things up with a Spicy Tequila Sunrise cocktail.
16-Minute Tex Mex
Start the clock -- Ree Drummond is whipping up four 16-minute Tex-Mex marvels for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. She makes a fried egg-topped Breakfast Tostada for a speedy and satisfying start to the day. Then she whips up Pineapple Chicken Tacos for a lunch date with a friend. For dinner on a deadline, Ree turns to a beautiful bowl of Pozole with plenty of fixings, and she makes a sweet snack in a snap, Quick Churros with Caramel Sauce, for dessert with her husband, Ladd.
Freezer Food: Tex-Mex
Ree Drummond is cooking Tex-Mex marvels and filling the freezer with her family's favorites. She makes a big pot of Green Chile Pork Stew and a batch of Fiesta Mac and Cheese. Her All-Purpose Tex-Mex Veggies will go in Soft Tacos, Veggie Taco Salad and Quick Quesadillas, and her Margarita Ice Cubes and Orange Simple Syrup make for an almost instant Blackberry Lime Margarita.
Frontier Fiesta
It's fiesta time on the ranch, where Ree's creating a truly classic Mexican feast with Tequila Lime Chicken, Refried Black Beans, Mexican Rice Casserole and all the yummy fixings. Ladd's manning the grill and it's time to get the party started, with Mango and Virgin Margaritas, a gorgeous dinner on the porch, good friends to share the celebration with, and lots and lots of laughter.
Oh, Baby
There's a new baby on the ranch, so Ree Drummond is taking a trip down memory lane and preparing a new-mom care package full of dishes she was given and plenty of pampering goodies. She includes her friend Beth's Brisket, as well as Funeral Potatoes, where the name is part of the charm! Plus, Angel Food Cake with Buttercream Frosting, Fruit Salad with Spiced Honey and Thyme, and Sweet Almond Crackers.
Mom's Day
It's a fun day of treats for Mom -- while Ladd and the kids wash her truck, Ree Drummond makes Italian Chicken Soup for lunch. While she's out for an afternoon of pampering and errands, the boys are in the kitchen rustling up Filet Steaks with Shrimp Peppercorn Sauce, along with ranch-style Oven Potatoes and Roasted Asparagus. The cowboy- and kid-cooked dinner is rounded off with Ree's delicious Cherry Pie!
Just Me and the Girls
The guys are away and so it's 24 hours of just Ree Drummond and the girls. She's whipping up a Blueberry Crumb Cake for breakfast while they play with the new puppies. Ree Drummond is honoring some of her favorite moms by making sweet deliveries. She starts with Strawberry Cheesecake Brownies for her stepmom and a Blood Orange Rosemary Pound Cake to pack up and mail to her mom, Gerre. Then, she helps a friend make a glorious birthday Fruit Bouquet for his mom. Ree wraps things up with adorable edible kisses, Vanilla Meringue Cookies, for her best friend and super mom, Hy.
The Perfect Freeze
Ree Drummond stocks the freezer with some all-time favorites. First, her Pineapple Pork Shoulder is easy, economical and amazing in so many meals. For dessert, Ree makes a Go-To Apple Crisp that was delicious back then and is truly divine now. When it comes to good food, there's no doubt about it, Grandma knows best.
Five Girls and a Baby
Ree and her mom friends (with one new baby) are celebrating the end of the school year with a girls' night at the ranch with a delicious summery menu. Ree's making Fresh Herb Pizza, a fabulous Summer Chicken Salad, adorable Cherry Cheesecake Shooters and Bellini Cocktails.
